The Caston Comets repeated as conference champs led by 4 all conference runners including All State Runner Mitchell Rans who set a new conference record with a time of 15:43, Bryan Hernandez-Rios with a time of 16:48.95 to finish 2nd, Micah Colvin in 4th and Dakota Oldfather in 7th. Rounding out the Comets 7 runners were : 18-Luke Lowe, 21-Mark Smith and 22-Brock Buczkowski . ALL CONFERENCE ATHLETES AND HONORABLE MENTION ARE LISTED UNDER HQ. Mitchell was named the conference MVP.
